Dear guests,

visitors of Pruhonice Park, lovers of good food and drink, and those of you who have visited the pub V Holi in the past. We are inviting you to our newly renovated restaurant now called Gurmania– which used to be called V Holi.

We have modernized our requirements to keep up with today’s current hospitality industry standards and we have also extended our facilities in order to offer you the opportunity not only to relax but to enjoy good quality cuisine with a wide variety of dishes and beverages to choose from, for all ages, groups and interests.

Restaurant Gurmania’s main focus is to satisfy your particular catering needs. The old pub V Holi in Pruhonice had a long tradition and a good reputation - especially for the range and

quality of food, which is something we won’t take for granted.

We would like to offer not only this but something extra to fulfill your wishes.

The dominant feature of our restaurant is our garden area with the capacity of 100 seats, located at the rear of the building, a place away from the main road. We offer you a romantic atmosphere under the tall trees near the rustic stone wall bounding the site. In the garden we also have a children‘s corner, where even the smallest child can be entertained which allows Adults some peace to be able to talk over a cup of coffee or just relax.

On our menu you will not only find Czech traditional classics, but also dishes from the Mediterranean and other exotic locations. As a matter of interest, you will be able to see directly into the kitchen and observe your meal being prepared.

You can enjoy our non-pasteurized Pilsner lager beer “Pilsner Urquell“ from tanks that ensure the prevention of access to air which guarantees its high quality and durability. These tanks are located in our basement and can be seen through our glass floor. Those of you who will choose to stop by may take advantage of our accommodation in our pension, with secure parking and a view of the Pruhonice Castle.
